Welcome to TextBlaster Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TextBlaster Pro web application ("App"), website, and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Who Can Use the Service

    • Have the legal right to use your own phone to send SMS messages
    • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
  2. How the Service Works
    • Upload or input contact information
    • Compose personalized messages using templates
    • Send SMS messages using your own phone (via iMessage or Google Messages)

    You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send and the recipients you choose.

  3. Your Responsibilities
    • Only send messages to recipients who have consented or opted in
    • Not use the Service for spam, illegal, abusive, or harassing messages
    • Comply with local regulations

    We do not monitor your messages, but we reserve the right to suspend accounts reported or suspected of abuse.

  4. Privacy

    We respect your privacy. TextBlaster Pro does not use cookies or trackers.

  5. No Guarantees
    • We do our best to keep the Service running reliably, but:
    • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or deliverability of messages
    • Message success depends on your phone, device connection, and carrier

    • We may suspend or terminate your account if:
    • You violate these Terms
    • You abuse or misuse the Service
    • Required by law or regulation

    You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    • To the maximum extent allowed by law, TextBlaster Pro is not liable for:
    • Any indirect or consequential damages
    • Loss of business, revenue, or data
    • SMS fees charged by your carrier

    Use the Service at your own risk.

  8. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via the app or email if the changes are significant. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new Terms.
